Be part of something bigger!
We (Monica Kerik and Maureen Kehoe) are volunteers for Action for Happiness and we are bringing this caring circle to our community for free. On the first Friday of every month, we are meeting to practice putting the 10 Keys to Happier Living into action. We check in with each other, discuss the monthly theme and set personal actions to take forward. 

The 10 Keys to Happier Living are evidence-based ways to create happier and more meaningful lives.

'10 Keys Groups' is an initiative from Action for Happiness - a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society. The '10 Keys Groups' are a great way to meet like-minded people locally, learn more about how to live a happy and meaningful life and find actions you can take to support yourself and others.

- Mindful March (Awareness - Live life mindfully).
- Active April (Exercise - Take care of our body).
- Meaningful May (Meaning - Be part of something bigger).
- Joyful June (Emotions - Look for what’s good).
- Jump-Back July (Resilience - Find ways to bounce back).
- Altruistic August (Giving - Do things for others).
- Self-Care September (Acceptance - Be comfortable with who you are).
- Optimistic October (Direction - Have goals to look forward to).
- New Ways November (Trying Out - Keep learning new things).
- Do Good December (Giving - Do things for others).
