As we wrap up an intense and challenging year, I'm reflecting on my journey. This year, I surpassed 3,000 hours of #executivecoaching and facilitated 36 #workshops. For the first time, I ventured into the unfamiliar territory of recording myself, creating many reels, meditations, and new workshops.

- the accountability of our relationship: you’ll be learning things about yourself and that may take you out of your comfort zone, but you will also have someone that can help you with strategies and tools! So it increases the commitment of staying on those actions
- the confidentiality of our calls: whatever we discuss is just between you and me. I have nothing to report back about our sessions.
- the unbiased perspective of coaching: in this relationship, I’m not the expert, you are! we are talking about your life, and I just help you in this process.
